In third attempt, she reached at interview but not qualified. In fourth attempt, she got 222th rank and selected for Central Audit Department. Then after, in fifth attempt she got AIR 11th.

Devyani has completed her 12th at SH Senior Secondary school, Chandigarh and complete her graduation from BITS Pilani’s Goa Campus in 2014. Then after she started preparing for UPSC. She started preparing for UPSC after completing her graduation in year 2014.
Devyani’s first attempt was in year 2015 but she didn’t crack Even prelims and same condition in year 2016. Then in year 2017, she cracked UPSC exam paper but not qualified interview.
Candidate had gone through depression and negativity. But, she didn’t stop preparing for UPSC. Again she gave the UPSC exam in 2018 and cracked UPSC exam paper with AIR 222 Rank and selected for Central Audit Department.
But these are not real problem for devyani, real problem was still waiting for devyani. Devyani started training for post and still preparing UPSC exam paper for Target. But due her job she didn’t have enough time for preparation. Fir this reason, she started preparing only on weekends.
And again in 2019 UPSC exam paper, she gave exam and due to her strategies, hard work, keep learning, passion and Big dream, she got AIR 11. She is currently posted as IRS ( Indian Revenue Service). Now she or her story is inspirational to all th UPSC aspirants who get depressed after one or two attempts.
She works as an assistant commissioner of income tax department.
