Saltanat Parveen was born in middle class family. She living in a 30 to 35 joints family members. Her mother ‘Ashiya Khan’ said that she believes that once her daughter will become an officer. Her all family members and relatives thanking her, especially her father ‘Md. Shamim Khan’ supported and encouraging and motivated her to getting success in UPPSC exam. She is a single daughter to her parents.

She has completed her Graduation in BTech Science. She scored 86% percentage from New Way Senior Secondary High school and 76% in intermediate. Her younger brother is in final Year. She is also a National volleyball player.

Saltanat Parveen has failed 3 times and gotten successful in 4 attempt of UPPSC exam. In three times attempt, she failed by 4 numbers, 10 numbers and disqualified in interview. When she failed her friends and family members supported her in getting success.

Once time she believed that she will never qualify for UPPSC. But, again her family members and friends encouraged her to try for again one time. And, finally in 4th attempt she cracked exam and got 6th topper rank.

Her father ‘Md. Shamim Khan’ is a shopkeeper and her mother ‘Ashiya Khan’ is a housewife. Her father was an important role in her success. Saltanat’s father always encouraged her.

40 Students become success in UPPSC exam from Lucknow and 15 students from Kanpur. Saltanat Parveen secured her 6th rank in UPPSC exam.
